LOMA

We offer opportunities to learn about the insurance industry through LOMA (Life Office Management Association) courses. In addition to covering the cost of the exams and materials, we pay rewards for attaining designations. Approximately one-third of our U. S. employees participate in this program.

For the past four years, Sun Life Financial U. S. has won LOMA's Education Achievement Award for both the U.S./Canada region and the Global Region. Out of over 1,000 companies providing LOMA education world-wide, we rank at number 7. We rank at number 6 in the U. S./Canada region.

Participation in the Industry Related Education Program is voluntary and open to all employees.
